India holds twenty-two officially recognised languages — each with its own script, sound, literature and centuries of poetry. Fluent Bharata is a small online academy that takes them seriously as beginner material, the way a well-written textbook would.

Every course follows the same twelve-lesson arc: script and sounds, greetings, self-introduction, numbers, family, time, food, travel, shopping, verbs, question words, and a closing dialogue. By the last lesson you can hold a short, polite conversation in the language.

The transliterations are deliberate, not perfect. Pronunciation is a thing of the ear, not the page — treat the romanisation as a hint and the native script as the source of truth.
